Obvious hyperpole of the thread title aside here's what I think of the numbers:

360 + PS3: Absolutely brilliant software numbers given the age of the consoles.

PC: Really surprised just how many games are still selling at retail, though a lot of them may just be hidden object games.

3DS: Surprised how low the numbers are

Wii: Surprised how high the numbers are

WiiU + VITA: Really bad, though I have a feeling Vita gets a fair amount of digital sales to top this up. Even if Digital sales added an extra 100% on top of physical sales though I would at best only upgrade the "really bad" comment to a "quite poor" comment.

I agree with you about 360 domination... it is over... I just said the the acual gap closed this month and not growed and I think this second half of the year will show PS3 over 360 in UK... PS3 have games to be released and one of them is GT6.

The only game that can help 360 is CoD because I guess FIFA and GTA helps more PS3... everythng else is pro PS3 (no exclusive release for 360).

No FIFA sells more on 360 than PS3 in the UK!! The 360 will be back to number 1 for the rest of the year this month.

I wonder if MS will look into striking a deal with the Premier league, (or whatever soccer league is important to them) like they did with the NFL for XBOne. It could help them keep those newly gained xbox consumers from switching back to PS.

360 is leading, not dominating.
PS3 is not far behind and it even outsold in June.

Lifetime doesn't matter, this specifically is talking about 2013. This June's sales aren't a blip, error or anomaly. That's what happens when you release high-profile exclusives, it pushes systems. Gran Turismo 6 is coming out this holiday while no major exlclusive is releasing on 360, until Titanfall next year. I'd say we better get ready for another "blip".

BTW, I never said the 360s lead is nothing. I said its not so far ahead as to call it "dominating". I'd say it'd have to be around 50% more than its closest competitor for it to truly be dominating.
