So i'm guessing Europe could see 65Euro+ games? So far EA are the only third party to mention the cost of their games. Will we see other third parties follow suit? Not sure how this affects the US

When a new generation starts , I always remember price hikes for games. Assassins Creed 1 cost me 70 Euro, and now if I buy a new game it would cost 49.99 - 54.99 .

More expensive. See I live in Republic of Ireland on the U.K border so I can purchase the best deals. At the start of the seventh gen it was cheaper for me to drive to the U.K and buy my games there even with the exchange difference . Towards the end it was actually cheaper to by in my own country.

So EA more expensive... Sony and MS the same.

Ehh, their PS3 games have been like this too, especially the digital versions.

Retailers usually undercut the RRP by a LOT though.

I guess it is the RRP and the actual price will be significantly lower. The prices in the UK are very high anyway.

It's worth noting that this has been RRP for quite a while, and no retailer sells for more than £40.

EDIT: Okay, it's £5 higher than some of them, and the same as others.
