Forums - Gaming - “Certain” AAA IP Needs 10 Million Copies to Break Even says

I think Cliffy B. is talking out of his ass...it can't be Watchdogs of Destiny as they were know before E3(Watchdogs almost a year ago)

I think he heard about a companies expectation/projections of what the game will sell since if it's a game like Watchdogs it will be on 4+ systems

Destiny, I guess. It will be on PS4, PS3, Xbox 360 and Xbox One (also, PC?). It has to sell 2,5 million on each? That is very hard to achieve...

My grammar errors are justified by the fact that I am a brazilian living in Brazil. I am also very stupid.

He is talking about Final Fantasy XV.

destiny probs the safest bet, watch dogs and division MAYBE, although i dont think ubi is that ballsy

Its obviously destiny. Everything you hear about the game is that it is such a large gamble.

Wow, I can't imagine which game that is. Outside of a few select game franchises, 10 million is quite a hard feat to reach.

Destiny will sell over 10 million easily. People who don't believe it simply don't know Bungie nor Activision.

Its Watch Dogs. 10 Mil is possible, if Ubisoft don't mind waiting a couple of years for next gen sales.

3.5m - 360
3.0m- PS3
0.5m - PC
2.5m - PS4
2.0m - XBO

I doub't he's talkign about Destiny, because that could easily reach 15 mil, half of that would probably be on 360 alone.

Final Fantasy XV, Destiny, The Division, or Watch Dogs..

If I had to pick one, I'd say FFXV.

Most likely Final Fantasy XV. That game's been in development since forever, and we all know Square Enix has ridiculous sales expectations (I mean, both Deux Ex and Tomb Raider were considered commercial failures despite sales in the millions).

I don't think any other game company would have such ridiculously high expectations.
