Argh, I really want a $40 version now. I don't like all that collectible stuff (unless I can sell it later I guess)

So what SMT4 is about? Is it anything like Etrian Odyssey -- dungeon crawler with turn-based battles, party members and anime? Never played the series, but I like old school stuff akin to Eye of the Beholder. Though honestly this one looks rather boring.

I'm finising Heroes of Ruin and have nothing to play before M&L4 arrives, so trying to justify purchase of the game.

You probably screw over someone that buys the copy you returned. But the fact is, normally you have to do the survey as well to get the credit.

I'll be extremely surprised if the price ever drops. The game's never been available in large quantities to begin with, and the Gamecube/Wii/DS/GBA games never dropped in price either. I bought Radiant Dawn at full price over three years after its release, and was relatively lucky to do so.

Damn thats a nice promotion, especially for people who wanted to buy both anyway. And it looks like both games are high quality by the looks of it. You could put the 30 bucks down for another great game like ace attorney 5, layton vs wright, A Link between Worlds or fricken Pokemon.

Getting decent reviews...hmm, this might tip me over the edge.

Is this a story driven game like xenoblade. If so, if i've never played a game in the franchise (SMT), will I still understand the story of this game?

Lol i was just thinking about the same thing , about buying Ace Attorney with the Credit. I think it will be 40$ or something so 30$ isnt enough , i will just get a 20$ eshop card and pay for the game and DLCs.
