I would have made the system a bit more powerful, to ensure MP titles like Assassin's Creed VI release on the WiiU in the future.
I would have also started developing a AAA launch title in 2009, so that it could be available at launch. Seriously Wii had Wii Sports/Zelda, GCN has Pikmin, Luigi's Mansion, and Smash Bros, N64 had Super Mario 64, etc. I would have bundled Wii U with Wii Party U, and Pikmin 3, and started development on a Mario Party 10 as well.
I would keep the price the same this fall, but increase the hard drive space on both models.
