Josh Thomas from TheBitBlock has tweeted out how long Mario & Luigi Dream Team will take to complete. 
“Dream Team is apparently about 35+ hours. Am I the only one who doesn’t like game’s to take up THAT much of my time? 10 hours = sweet spot.”

Josh, I’m going to have to disagree with you. It’s a freaking RPG! Who wants to play a 10 hour RPG? If you want a 10 hour experience go play shooters or something. Most of them don’t even last that long.

Not all game types need to be that long but yes Josh you are the only one complaining about an RPG being 35 hours long.

Actually shooters are usually three hours, and so far, all the reviews I read, this game is ramping up to be one of the best RPG this year. Great story, great writing, character development, gameplay etc. Plus 35+ hours long, sign me up.

About how long are the previous installments? I only played the one on GBA and that was at least 8 years ago.

 SuperStar Saga was 15-20 hours long so I don't know why this one should be 10 hours. Also, this guy complains about a RPG being 35 hours long? Wow. I once clocked 300 hours on Monster Hunter Tri on the Wii. That is almost ten times the  amount of hours one would clock on Dream Team.
