While that's pretty much subjetive, what's your point, then? If we go according to critics, you can't really compare TLoU with anything, because everything else is shit in comparison.

Alan Wake...L4D and Last of Us are both surival horror games with zombies WTF does Alan Wake have in common with TLOU? |
The fuck that it is third person shooter with limited ammo and focus with elements of survival horror. The fuck that it is more narrative based like TLOU unlike L4D. Also the fuck that TLOU is not really a zombie game as it doesn't inhabit slow walking dumb creatures. Infact in the manual of Left4Dead they don't call them zombies either as they run at the speed of Usain Bolt to get to you.
So stop with the condosending tone. I was not suggesting you change your poll just because i felt it could have been done with a different game.

Relax my man.
The Last of Us. so easy. Left 4 Dead 2 really sucked. It's just a big expansion.

Alan wake in theory does sound similar to The Last of Us but plays and looks EXTREMLEY different.
- In L4D and TLOU the “zombies" are often referred to "infected".
- In both L4D and TLOU they have realistic weapons and killing even one "infected" is a bit of a challenge whereas in Alan Wake the weapons are more sc-fi based and its far easier to kill the bad guys.
- Alan Wake also mostly relied on explosions something which The Last of Us and L4D didn't do.
- Alan Wake is mostly a psychological horror whereas TLOU and L4D are completely immersed into the idea of survival even if they do it in different ways (one takes a narrative style and one doesn't but survival is the main element of the game)
- The characters have similar mindsets because in L4D 2 and TLOU are pretty much used to dealing with the infected whereas in Alan Wake the character wasn’t used to dealing with the situation he was trapped in.
And I'm the one with the condosending tone? Your the one who criticised me comparision just for the sake of criticising. For godsake L4D and TLOU are in the same genre (survival horror) and have so many similaritires like the ones I listed above. I understand that you were just giving out your opinion which is pefectly fine...but the least you can do is back it up. Not like you did later on after my reply though.

This is the last you'll hear from me. So long.
generally speaking, dsage01 always sounds condescending. But so am I because we're gods, bwahahha
I thought this was a thread about a comparison made by Lens of Truth :D
Left 4 Dead 2 gets my vote obviously.
So it is happening...PS4 preorder.
Greatness Awaits!
