Alan wake in theory does sound similar to The Last of Us but plays and looks EXTREMLEY different.

- In L4D and TLOU the “zombies" are often referred to "infected".

- In both L4D and TLOU they have realistic weapons and killing even one "infected" is a bit of a challenge whereas in Alan Wake the weapons are more sc-fi based and its far easier to kill the bad guys.

- Alan Wake also mostly relied on explosions something which The Last of Us and L4D didn't do.

- Alan Wake is mostly a psychological horror whereas TLOU and L4D are completely immersed into the idea of survival even if they do it in different ways (one takes a narrative style and one doesn't but survival is the main element of the game)

-  The characters have similar mindsets because in L4D 2 and TLOU are pretty much used to dealing with the infected whereas in Alan Wake the character wasn’t used to dealing with the situation he was trapped in.

And I'm the one with the condosending tone? Your the one who criticised me comparision just for the sake of criticising. For godsake L4D and TLOU are in the same genre (survival horror) and have so many similaritires like the ones I listed above. I understand that you were just giving out your opinion which is pefectly fine...but the least you can do is back it up. Not like you did later on after my reply though.

This is the last you'll hear from me. So long.
