Hyakki Castle, the Edo Japan dungeon crawler, will be out in November
http://www.pcgamer.com/hyakki-castle-the-edo-japan-dungeon-crawler-will-be-out-in-november/
Hyakki Castle, as we saw in September, is a grid-based dungeon crawler—think Eye of the Beholder if you're old, Legend of Grimrock if you're not—that trades conventional D&D-style fantasy trappings for the 18th-century Edo period of Japan. Today publisher Happinet revealed the launch date of November 15, and also a new trailer that showcases some of the monsters and puzzles you'll encounter in the castle's haunted halls.

Date your weapons in dungeon crawler dating sim Boyfriend Dungeon
http://www.pcgamer.com/date-your-weapons-in-dungeon-crawler-dating-sim-boyfriend-dungeon/
Boyfriend Dungeon is an isometric action game with procedurally generated dungeons and, crucially, swords you can romance. Part dungeon crawler and part dating sim, Canada-based developer Kitfox Games' "shack-and-slash" is built around personified, dateable weapons who players must woo in order to grow stronger and "plunder the 'dunj.'"

>>I thought only japanese made crazy dating games. I guess I was wrong.

http://www.pcgamer.com/for-honor-dives-into-halloween-with-the-feast-of-the-otherworld-event/
Ubisoft has kicked off a "Halloween-inspired" event in For Honor called Feast of the Otherworld that adds a monstrous new mode to the game called Endless March. It takes place on Dominion maps, but features skeletons in place of soldiers, and they're a lot more dangerous than the usual fleshy hordes of minions.

http://www.pcgamer.com/team-fortress-2s-jungle-inferno-update-will-launch-today/

http://www.pcgamer.com/the-dueling-fates-dota-2s-next-update-will-be-out-on-november-1/
Valve’s been tormenting Dota 2 players for a while now. The 7.07 update, The Dueling Fates, was coming, but when? And what would it bring with it? There were teasers, sure, but not much solid information. Lost and confused, players started wandering the streets, grabbing strangers and demanding to know when The Dueling Fates was coming out. The strangers didn’t know.
But now we all do! Finally, Valve has announced the release date for the big update, and it’s soon: November 1. Now everyone can just relax.

Thanks a lot, but I think I'll pass.

I got into Civilization with Civ V. I don't know if I could play a Civ game with stacking units :-/

There's always someone else who could use it, even if it's just a lurker.

It's free, just take it

I already have more games than time, and I won't play this game, so why should I take it?

Now that I remember, I got a 50% discount cuppon on Steam for the Digital Deluxe edition of Civ VI. I'm not going to buy the game until they release a complete edition with all the DLC included, so if anyone is interested. let me know.

Oh! It expires on October 30th, so don't think it too much.

Isn't that what Steam is about, getting games on offers and sales to never play them???

I'm so upset. There was a deal for an Asus GTX 1080 on Ebay sold new by Newegg for 470$ and I woke up this morning and it was sold out with the price going back up to 500$

Would have been a nice upgrade from my 970

That's a shame, it would have been a very nice upgrade.

At leack Black Friday is close enough, so it's possible that you'll be able to find an even better deal for a 1080 .

Yep hopefully

It's crazy how big the jump is. I looked at game benchmarks and it's usually 20-90fps.
