I would say I make a small difference in that my friends, colleagues, and family all know me as the "gamer, tech guy" so they listen to my recommendations.

Example: I've gotten about 20 people to switch from iOS to Android in the past year and a half and have switched about 15 people over to the PS4 from the XB1 after the DRM shambles.

1.  How did you know?

2.  What if we bashed a developer for making a bad game, then they left whatever company they were with and made a new company?  How does that one work?

Anyways.  I bought Yakuza Dead Souls.  Sega still hasn't announced the localization of Yakuza 5.  I didn't make a difference and it's bs.

I buy almost every Tales game that releases.  There's never another Tales game for another 5-10 years.  I didn't make a difference only because Namco Bandai has unrealistic sales projections for Tales games in the US.
