Do you see healthy food in every single gas station? No you don't and it just grabbing on to what the market is buying, it's marketing, not a health program.

Why the big issue. If you want people to see your product advertisement, You want to put it where it's going to be seen the most.

Marketing 101. You should know this, this is simple.

People already know about those brands though. And i knows it's marketing but either the market needs to change to address the health problems, or people just need to think for themselves, rather than mindlessly consume this crap.

OH I totally agree. The problem is people do buy them and they sit on check out or where everyone can see them.

This is a home run in marketing.

You can play Shadow of Rome on a BC PS3. I think that's the closest you can get.

Are you a scientist? Do you have the facts?

I'm going to assume the answer is no.

That's not surprising. You seem to assume a lot of things.

I do have such facts as are available. Maybe you should avail yourself of them rather than just invoking the name of the environmentalist Voldemort of the moment as if it means something.

DJEVOLVE said:

No one has the facts yet but you seem to be really sure. Canada, Europe and many countries banned them. WHY?

I don't know. Why do Canada, Europe, and many other countries do all sorts of stupid things? The simple fact that they do something does not mean that there is a good reason they do it.

This "maybe it will kill you!!!!!!!!!!!!1111 (but maybe not, we just can't know!!!!11)" mentality is the same one behind the anti-vaccine movement. If you are going to posit that GMOs are dangerous, or that germ theory is incorrect after all, or that a person is a witch, then the onus of proof is on you. That which is asserted without evidence can be dismissed without evidence.

don't derail the thread. Why are you always so crabby patty ;P

My responding to your post is derailing the thread? Okay...

The difference is one of us believes what he wants and the other believes what scientists have (or rather, haven't) found.

GMO's are not necessary and cocaine was legal once too. Now stop derailing the thread.

Yeah, they kind of are necessary. You can stop derailing the thread by ceasing your ignorance.
