Just out of curiosity: what do you understand as "game"?

Woah, that's a really hard thing to define, but I'll try.
A game, in it's simplest form is a set of rules that people follow in order to challenge themselves or others. Either for their or others' entertainement (gladiator games would be an example of purely other's etertainement)
It is somewhat separated from things like theatre and plays by the challenge aspect, and from movies by the participation aspect. Under this definition, all sports are games.
That's the best I can do... I think.
I LOVE ICELAND!

Then I do think that QD's games fit in that category.

Of course they do, however, they are so light on the participation, and so heavy on the story, that their direction is moving away from gaming, even though they are games.
I LOVE ICELAND!

I'm glad they are trying something like this. I just wonder if it will play out well for the consumer. I hope so.

It's been recommended to me before, and I've found it quite cheap in some places. So I do intend to try it if I run into a place where they sell it for like $10 or something (I've seen it with that price tag before). |

Good catch :D
I LOVE ICELAND!

I love developers like this who encourage the art of game-making, no matter the console.
