Forums - Nintendo - EA will resume Wii U support when it's 'a viable platform'

Seems silly to me. Even with pathetically low sales, Considering there are last generation versions of these games coming out... a quick add absolutely nothing port would like turn a profit.

Rosters and the new ratings are what sell sports games the most.

Yes, as I recall they also paused support on PS3 when it wasn't a "viable platform". Double standards.

so xbox one with the gamer backlash all over the internet which has sold 0 consoles is a viable platform?

PS4 i can understand as it will be big in Europe, so FIFA isn't a gamble.

It would also help them build up a userbase for their games on the conesole :/ It's bizzare.

Even though I hate EA, I can see why they don't wanna support the WIi U  right now.  Yet they support the XBox One with all the negative news suurounding it. I am on the  fence with EA not wanting to bring  games to Wii U.

Can live without em ( and ill most likely buy a ps4 anyway) but it still seems like a catch 22 situation to me. Did they pull this shit with Sony when the ps3 got off to a less than stellar start?

Sony revealed that 60% of all Vita game purchased made digitally through PS store, EA surely love that.

How is PS4 a viable platform or Xbone? The platforms have 0 userbase. So right now making games is 100% wasting money and time. Because you have 0 potential buyers.

Sure people will buy the console but still.

Making no games and insulting the fanbase sure helps the cause...... EA = stupid they were stupid as soon as they found out they can milk consumers with stuff like Sims and all addons thats where the shit began. Well and with Fifa.

Correct me if I am wrong isn't Fifa 13 on PSV = Fifa 12?  Shows how gamers dont use their brains these days.
