No. I simply expect that even if I use foul language, I can still use the games I payed for.

Using foul language will not get you banned from xbox live, especially if you are playing an m rated game.  If you start stalking people and sending foul language messages, that will get you banned.  

Honestly, I have absolutely no sympathy for people banned from xbox live.  If they were actually banned, then they have been through multiple suspensions and they should knkw better.  The xbox live community is better off without them.  Everybody should be happy that they wouldnt have to play with these people anymore.

Now even if we stick to what you said (which is a small part of what the Xbox One has to offer); these are still goodness. Like it or not.
Just buy a Playstation 4 if it closer to your tastes but do not act like everything you don't like or pretend to be ripoff of your beloved games are not good for others :)

cool, never have to handle with cheaters anymore haha. i mean, it will be bad for many and those won't even buy an xbox one but surely nor for me who will get a better experience without the usual cheater and racist stuff.

Do you really think the fact that someone is being a "loud mouth abusive prick" warrants stealing potentially hundreds of dollars worth of content back from them?

If MS banned a console for being an A hole online then I would seriously question what the heck is going on with the company.  If we are talking about bans that happen due to piracy or other type of crap then thats different.

Anyway if you are banned from X1 online, then after 24 hours you would no be able to play any of your games anyway.  Did it really dawn on people today that something like this would happen.  Everything ties in with the 24 hour check.  If it is not performed then you cannot play games anyway.  

People ask the question, "What if my account is stolen".  What happens if your account is stolen on any online company.  Your account is locked and you cannot do anything until you unlock it.  If it was a bank, you would not be able to get your money until you unlock it.  If you were a theif and your account was locked, then you would be screwed.

What the MS thing is like is if you get thrown in prison for stealing a car, the courts also take away your house even though you bought your house through honest means.

Lol, it is nothing like that... I think you've been playing too many video games. If a person brakes the law through pirating, fuck them. They're stealing! If a person hacks games or has a phishing scam to steal other peoples ms points or now money they've put into their MS account, fuck them. Getting rid of these kinds of people is good and it's nothing like taking their home. At all.
