You can you got the skills to defeat her you just need some patiece she have been playing for a long time she used to play melee you just need more experience.

I know what you are talking about. I think it could only be done in Melee. Was it a Brawl or a Melee video you were watching? It it was a Melee video, then I think he was waveshining. It's a wavedash immediately followed by Fox's reflector. Could you post the link to the video you were watching?

I couldn't beat her with "any", just the time I got a Wolf I was able to beat her XD

Wave shining can't be done in this game. It required Wave Dashing to move Fox fast enough to hit again before the hitstun wore off. It also only worked against certain characters.
Possum, we've done DK Vs. Dedede before and it definitely showed its a one sided match.
