You need to use you arrows better. SH arrows while jumping backwards is a good spacing tool. SH arrows going forward is a good way to approach without getting shield raped. Arrows are key to playing a good pit. Watch some of Sagemoon's vid. He's the Pit I was looking at and learning from before I dropped him.
