Well, you should. Amp, I could tell, was having fatigue towards the site. It was only a matter of time, sadly...
But I still find it shocking and saddening that he had to leave. I had become quite friends with him (well, as close as "friends" as you can get on VGC) and he just that humor stroke everyone once and awhile that would catch you off guard! He was good guy, and hopefully he'll come back like that certain someone in his avatar!
And it had to be today of all days? The day where Nintendo Fans can rejoice for Nintendo has brought news of our consoles!
Man, I sure hope he enjoys today's conference.

Can't really blame him: I think we've all wanted to take lengthy breaks at one point or another. Hopefully it's just a breather...

Do you really think it's that simple?
Everybody, look inward and ask yourself if you continually contribute to an environment that seems to be chasing away so many people. These last 4 or 5 months have pushed me to the limit more than once. The community managers want an active and engaged community, which I could imagine would be hard to moderate with any sense of satisfaction.
I didn't really know amp, but he sounds like the kind of guy that I would've gotten along well with here. We're even close in age. Maybe we're outgrowing this ...
This really sucks. Amp was unquestionably one of my very favorite members on this site.
You will certainly be missed amp :(.
