It's directed at the people who constantly complain about getting moderated. You can look up amp316's full post on his wall. Basically, I removed the first paragraph of his post, because it was specifically directed at one person while the rest was more of a general statement and explanation why he was going to leave.

Do you really think it's that simple?

Everybody, look inward and ask yourself if you continually contribute to an environment that seems to be chasing away so many people.  These last 4 or 5 months have pushed me to the limit more than once.  The community managers want an active and engaged community, which I could imagine would be hard to moderate with any sense of satisfaction.

I didn't really know amp, but he sounds like the kind of guy that I would've gotten along well with here.  We're even close in age.  Maybe we're outgrowing this ...
