Sony proved that they learned from the PS3 launch. Even making PS+ paid is a smart move financially, even though i hate it. MS is getting arrogant like Sony was even though they didn't win last gen. Oh well.
currently playing: Skyward Sword, Mario Sunshine, Xenoblade Chronicles X

Pfft... If Nintendo doesn't shape up this time around, as much as I love them, they could be screwed for quite some time. I hope they can defend themselves.

Those games are most likely multiplatform, yes. It wasn't actually stated. So because of that, it is fair to assume they are. |
the guy was clear when he said Kh3 and FF15 would be on ps4. FF 14 is the ps exclusive.
it's just simple logic, if either Kh3 or FF15 or both were exclusives, you think they'd miss the opportunity to throw it on everyone's faces? It's good news because wii u will probably get them.

Hey, I love Nintendo. Look at my profile. I'm a Sonintendo guy. I like to hope that the Wii U succeeds, I WANT it to succeed so badly. But third parties are dropping Nintendo like a hot potato. I know how popular Nintendo's first party IPs are. No stand alone game besides Mario Kart Wii has sold so many copies. It is incredible. I know that Nintendo rarely relies on the help of third parties besides on their handheld systems which always seem to make it. What Nintendo needs to do to "win" at E3 is...
Announce the following: Smash Bros. U, Mario Kart Ultra, 3D Mario, Pokemon X&Y, and at least talk or show 1 image of the new Zelda.
Extra announcemts: A Wii U price cut and new SKU options, Dragon Quest VII 3DS( I know this is a long shot), X, Retro's game, Gamecube Virtual Console Games.
Notable Mentions: Star Fox, Metroid, Kirby,: at least mention that reiterations in these franchises are being worked on.
A HUGE ANNOUNCEMENT: I don't know what this could be but after the cascade of exclusive games for PS+MS only Nintendo needs something new... something surprising.

Yup there is, "Lightning Returns" which is a multiplat for the PS3 and 360.

A lot of the games shown at the MS conference (and there were alot of games) were CGI... this leads me to believe that they have done a Sony "PS3"... showing stuff off that is so far in the future that you wont see if for a couple of years. I suspect they did that to show they have lots of games. Sony decided not to do that, bit of a strange decision on the face of it (why not go toe to toe when you know you have lots of other positives)... but why spill the beans on everything now?
Let's be honest theres going to be another Uncharted, David Cage is working on another game since last year, and there are others (isnt Guerrilla working on a second game also)... why not spread them out a little, because you know the consoles arnt just about the first 3 months, you need to spread the excitement. It's slightly risky initially but I think will pay off big time next year...
Also - anyone else really confused by FF numbering system. I've only purchased a few, but i am lost to what its at.

Too bad I'd never purchase that brown and gritty piece of shit on any console. Also, too bad you're still alive. |
Harsh. Nothing will separate me from you. You are popular afterall.
