Forums - Nintendo - Nintendo's Biggest E3 Challenge is Getting Noticed

You'd hope so, but...it'll be difficult to beat Microsoft in all honesty. But if anyone can, it's Nintendo.

Just have a feeling that Sony's will drag on for too long...

Don't be disappointed if it does, because it probably will.

OT: Nintendo can easily pull ahead. (Or at least get noticed.) They have big-hitters and as long as Twitter gets ahold of Nintendo, media will take hold, too.

DROP THE FUCKING USELESS TABLET.

Oh they will get noticed. They have the biggest franchises in history...Mario, Zelda, Mario Kart, Smash Bros, Pokemon. Yeah.

I just hope they have something brand new to show. Like a new IP from Nintendo would be a megaton for me.

I don't think much could live with 3D Mario, Super Smash Bros & Mario Kart. Thats a massive triple whammy. Plus theres the Retro Studios game as well.

Although I do get the point that Nintendo seems to get forgotten or ignored. One example being on BBC Radio 1 news today, they did a 3-4 min feature on E3 and not once was Nintendo mentioned. Microsoft & Sony plus even some PC, but not one hint of Ninty. Not the best example, but its the kinda thing I see these days.

I will notice them :)

Nintendo isn't going to have a problem getting noticed.

Mario. Mario Kart. Smash Bros. Wind Waker HD. Retro's Project, etc.

Knowing Nintendo, they'll probably steal the show just when nobody expects it.

No offense, but what is there to beat? Dead Rising 3? "Killer Instinct"? A new Halo and Battlefront? A couple other assorted shooters? All that with an overinflated price tag, and all it's other issues. Honestly, the only people who are excited were already Xbox fanboys. The only game that actually made me wish it wasn't exclusive, was Crimson Dragon, and that didn't even have fucking sound.

I don't think Sony OR Nintendo are going to have to try too hard to top that. And I do think Nintendo has a very good chance of blowing it away. It all depends on what they do. It has to be games games games and nothing else, with new reveals and at least one major suprise. I think they'll wind up doing that.

Pretty sure Smash, 3D Mario and Retro will blow everyone away.

Its just difficult to go up against 2 console reveals/blowouts.

Well Nintendo better not beat around the bush like they did last year.

Why is everyone saying the Xbox conference was great? I thought it was decent, but nothing spectacular. Nothing that you would miss on PS4.

Anyway, I think with solid support from UBI, and some surprises, Nintendo could easily get attention.
