I voted expensive but that will not stop me from purchasing. I just think it's a bit high for the average consumer.

I agree with you that from a gaming standpoint it was very good. Lots of cool footage. But from a pricing point, that is high, period.
Coupled with the extra fee for xbox live, and 60+ per game with limited resale ability. End result is expensive. Again, I agree that the content looks great, but how much is too much. 600, 700, 1000?...
5 bills is a lot stictly for entertainment for those who have real world bills.
I expected that price and the PS4 will be 399$-450$ if they don't bundle the PSeye and the move controller

399 is too much too. also, if the "less powerful" xone will cost 499 coming from a company that can take more losses than sony, how much will the "powerfull ps4 cost from sony that can't afford big losses?
Way too high! Live Gold sounds like it is mandatory now considering the "cloud" is needed to power games.
So that would equal $500+$120=$620 for the first year alone.
Hell if Sony launch at $399 and Wii U drops price, 1 might be the odd man out.

that's a lot especially when you need a yearly live subscription too. too much for must i'm sure.
The U.S. price would be fine imo if Live was free and there weren't so many restrictions on used/borrowed games.

Did they mention anything about a Japanese price point? Maybe it won't launch at the same time as the other regions.
