BTW 2 million is SOLD.

That means it could be ahead Forza 5 already even being launched a year late.

m$ is only realsing "shipped numbers" because they are embarrassed at the"sold" numbers of their hardware & software.

Well I dont think Killzone as at the bottom of the list of franchises Sony wants to continue. But its time they really make an effort to do something unique with that IP.

Killzone is a series with a cool setting and mediocre gameplay.

That's opinions that I and a lot of other people do not share. The gameplay is tight (although some do not like the slower more human feel) and I believe the tried to do something different with Shadowfall with your little robot buddy that adds extra ways to tackle the enemy and different situations. And the MP on KZ has always been solid and fun to play

The trouble with Killzone is that's all it is, a shooter that does all the shooty bits well but crumbles with any story they try to add to it. The story and emotional attachment to the main character has always been weak.

So if they want to revive KZ, reboot it and get some decent writers in.

What are you talking about Forza 5 already sold over 2 million physical copies which is pretty good for a launch game that was rushed and missing a ton of content and has a vastly superior sequel coming out in a little over six weeks.

The "vastly superior" sequel won't sell way more than Forza 5.

I can say now DriveClub lifetime sales > Forza 6 lifetime sales.

That is what you assume anyway a ton of its sales will be digital so we will never know for sure.

I dont think anybody is really surprised it has or will get ahead of Forza.

PS4 has a bigger userbase and dominates regions that enjoys racers. Imagine what Driveclub would have sold if it were a better game.

Drive club is massively underated, the game had many problems at launch (similar to Halo MCC) and the critics crucified the game for it. In my opinion, Driveclub is much better than Forza 5, but I must say I still prefer horizon 2, since i love open world racers = P
Still, Driveclub is the most beautiful racing game I have ever seen, and 2M sales is well deserved.

This was a bold prediction when made, but the massive user base difference, delay, and Horizon 2 have pretty much rendered it an irrelevant one. Both titles are apparently selling well below your expectations, I mean you predicted 5 million for DC. Also funny that I predicted the free version would hurt sales, turned out not to matter as the game had a lot of flaws and server issues. Maybe the PS+ version would have helped it.

But 2 million is a good accomplishment, hopefully it convinces Sony to let them try a next gen Motorstorm.

Digital sales are 15-20% max of all sales... it is not a tons lol

And yes... MS first-party won't sell like last gen due the size of it userbase.

Its a lot higher for Forza 6 especially since there is no colletors edition this time I will more then likely buy it digital which will be my first Forza game I bought digital.

It won't.

Gamers pefer physical over digital... that won't change this generation.

Digital is really low compared with digital... you can see in the companies reports... that is just a myth created to excuse less than expected sales.
