well, photorealism  has to wait minimum one more gen (what i understand as that, i know it doesn't have to be like reality) but looks really awesome. i prefer sims but as long as it is not too much arcade like nfs underground and more like a pgr or something similar i will probably like it a lot.

Higher res textures, with more RAM on the GPU you can show higher res textures models without any lag, 

this is what they're aiming at when they said "Not just texture"

Sounds like the racing game for me. I don't want something arcady but I don't want a hardcore sim, both are fun at first but get old fast for me. This seems like a balance I can enjoy for a long time.
