I will try to explain the picture with little words.

Xbone's APU is the new CELL.

Not trying to flame or troll here, but wouldn't that require the APU to be stronger than the PS4's in the first place? Stronger, but more difficult to develop for?

Quite, yes. But it's more the whole chip, not the apu alone!

Yes but I mean more in production issues and costs.

o.O I didn't know the CELL had production issues near launch.

This reminds me of the rumor of the Xbox One being required to always be connected to the Internet which we found out was false (but that didn't stop many thousands of people bashing Microsoft and the system over it).

Many systems have yield problems in the beginning but that doesn't mean it won't get sorted out. IF it wasn't for these constant FUD articles nobody would even be aware of any issues that occurred prior to launch.

There rumors are true... Xbone required internet connection every 24 hours to play and any new game needs internet connection to register it.

There are nothing false in the rumors for now.

Original rumor was that it always had to be connected which isn't the case.

Way to ignore the meaning and focus on the superficial.

For me there are no difference I need to have 24h internet conection to play OFFLINE my games... I mean I can go to home anytime with a new game and need the internet... if I stay one day offline (like already happened with me) I won't play the games I have.

That looks like always online for me.

Sounds like nothing is going accordin to plan over at Microsoft. So to sum it up
-Yield issues due to heat problems w/ ESRAM
-Started R&D very late, much later than Sony
-Change in leadership apparently didn't work very well
-Entertainment focus forced them to lock-in 8GB DDR3 early which also forced them to use ESRAM to make up for the RAM disadvantage
-GPU might be underclocked to try and improve yields
-Development tools aren't very mature either, they are behind Sony
-6 Months behind schedule
-PS4 reveal + 8GB GDDR5 caught them off-guard.
-Reveal UI/OS wasn't real-time. It was faked.

As a tech enthusiast, who would be excited for an Xbox One right now? If given a choice, I think most would pick the PS4.

From GAF (it is funny guys... take it easy).

Dat moody cloud! Haha. I still hope MS can keep competitive so $ony won't get an easy win! But it doesn't look so good by now, sadly.
