I found Ryse looked rather uninspired. It was like someone said "Let's make a game in ancient Rome!", and that was it. The opening was ripped from one of the early COD's or MOO - I can't remember which one - which was in turn ripped from Saving Private Ryan. The gameplay was basic hack n' slach/quick time. I don't want to be negative, but the game didn't excite me at all
