That progression. I wonder if graphics can improve that much again in another 15 to 20 years somehow?

Hopefully in that time we will have holograms. Even without them the grapcis will still make these kind of improvments, we are no where close to photorealism, and I have always believed we can make art that is more beautiful than real life.

As far as these graphics, it is very impressive to me just how much better PS4 games already look. This console is so much more of a leap than any Playstation console before it, and much easier to develop for. I think we will see some very exiting things come from this console graphically. Yeah it won't compete with PC on a fedelity level, but Sony first party have some of the best artists in the world.

Stop hate, let others live the life they were given. Everyone has their problems, and no one should have to feel ashamed for the way they were born. Be proud of who you are, encourage others to be proud of themselves. Learn, research, absorb everything around you. Nothing is meaningless, a purpose is placed on everything no matter how you perceive it. Discover how to love, and share that love with everything that you encounter. Help make existence a beautiful thing.

By the way, view the video in 1080P for a better comparison, if your internet can handle it that is :D

Reported!

And does not make sense Watch_Dogs there! anyway, only Killzone do not fail to impress! Such a beautiful game!

Amazing how all the PSX games are running on an emulator at quite a higher resolution and texture filters.

lol you have to warn people with slow internet. Also some people are browsing via smartphones and tablets and such.

Well there is no footage for a GTA game on PS4 yet, so he did the next best thing.

he should have waited till e3 to make this video the footage we have right now for PS4 is scarce and we don't even know what the console look like.

Not really. I even doubt that graphics from this coming generation are going to be THAT much better looking vs. the previous, and it will be an even smaller jump the next time around. I think we've reached a plateau where graphics can't really improve ALL that much.

I disagree, running Bioshock Infinite on my gaming PC and looking at my friend playing the PS3 version, it's like comparing night and day, and I only have a 7850 and it runs smoothly. Now imagine the capabilities of a card with 10x the performance of my 7850 which is less than ten years away, and consider the graphical finesse needed to stress that card. I'll give you a hint, definitely something more stunning than Bioshock Infinite, which looks fucking amazing.
