My but we forget Mario Galaxy quickly.

If we're talking about a semi-realistic or fully-realistic game that will bother to push the console, that's a better question, though Retro Studios might have a thing or two to say.

I'm not forgetting Mario Galaxy, it's just that it was one of the few, not the rule, and it was made on hardware Nintendo was pretty familiar with. They're new not only to the Wii U hardware in general, but to HD level detail and programmable pixel and vertex shaders.

Mind you, I would love to be wrong about this, but based on what we've seen so far I can't help but worry.

Title misled me to think that this was about sales. I personally don't care too much whether they do or not (graphics), but I would prefer if they did.

No, I'm not "worried" that the Wii U might not blow me away graphically. First, Nintendo will make some nice-looking games, you can count on it. Second, I'm easily impressed. All I need is a clean framerate, really.

I think they'll look awesome... and be mostly amazingly fun games.

Super Mario will look amazing
X shows off the scope of the WiiU
Zelda U will hopefully look similar to the tech demo, but better
Retro's Project will most likely be realistic or semi-realistic and look amazing

but lets be honest the gameplay on these 4 will far out-shine their graphic prowess

off a cliff?

I wouldnt be too upset if only a handful of games push the system to the fullest. Games like Mario 3D, Zelda, Retros game, X and few others will be the showcase games in terms of graphics.

I still think PS360 games look great and ill be more than happy to see most Nintendo games at that level.

Not in the slightest worried or bothered about graphics. I'm much more concerned with their development times or release schedules.

Retro Studios will show great graphics. X already shows great graphics. And I also think Yarn Yoshi has potential to show of beautiful graphics:

Almost no aliasing and much detail.

Sometimes when watching this video I feel like it's real. I'm sure it'll look even better on my 1080p TV.

Nintendo will push there system but will any 3rd party do that? I'm not so sure. Nintendo needs to get better support from 3rd parties
