Am using the beauty ordinance as well but i only seem to get random flowers watered! - and i have loads! Takes me ages to get through all of them. Thinking about changing it to a boom town ordinance after i have bought my turnips on a Sunday then changing back again after i have sold them.

How can you tell if you've achieved a perfect status for your town?

Hm, yeah? That bit where she tells you about citizen satisfaction? 'Cos then I've already hit 'perfect' a few times, I think. Although I don't remember her calling it 'perfect' or rewarding me with anything...

You will get a special rare white flower called jacobs ladder appearing randomly...

in the previous ac games you had to keep your town perfect ratings for 7 days i think. Then you got jacobs ladders growing. You can't make them into hybrids tho unfortunately.

You can get a scuba suit at the island. They sell them there sometimes, but not always. You'll have to collect medals by participating in minigames on the islands to buy it, too.

you have to pay off your first home extension to go to the island. Then the next day tortimer will tell you it's available. Then the next day kap'n will be ready to take you there.

My HHA ratings are so low it's unreal. :( Getting high scores while at the same time having an awesome interior is almost impossible imo...

Yea the wet suits are randomly available at the shop at the island.  Although there are rare ones to find.  Red, Orange, blue, pink and stripe seem to be rare.

Also had many failed attempts and wasted like 120k and wasted days...... but I finally got a money tree to grow... Unfortunately when you shake the tree and harvest it money don't grow back.. as it will then become a normal tree that don't bear anymore money or fruit....
