Second half of 2013.

So basically no body knows
Please excuse my bad English.
Former gaming PC: i5-4670k@stock (for now), 16Gb RAM 1600 MHz and a GTX 1070
Current gaming PC: R5-7600, 32GB RAM 6000MT/s (CL30) and a RX 9060XT 16GB
Steam / Live / NNID : jonxiquet Add me if you want, but I'm a single player gamer.
Wow, those specs are looking pretty nice, especially with the 8970 having 6gb of RAM. The same TDP as the 7970 GE for much better performance is a definite win.
I like my 7970s, but it'd be real tempting to upgrade. The same TDP as the 7970 GE for much better performance is great

starcraft: "I and every PS3 fanboy alive are waiting for Versus more than FFXIII.
Me since the games were revealed, the fanboys since E3."

Skeeuk: "playstation 3 is the ultimate in gaming acceleration"

The 8970 and 8950 definately look very appealing both power and price wise. I can only wish AMD the best.
So it is happening...PS4 preorder.
Greatness Awaits!

Not that surprising 20nm yields are still low and wafer costs are much higher.

Well MS could just realise that requiring Kinect is stupid and take that out of the bundle to drop the price by $100USD

That's even less likely than unbundling the U Pad, even though between that and currency drops they could sell a Wii U at $150 without it.
