I'm enjoying playing inFAMOUS 1 & 2. Planning on platinuming them this week, doubt I'll be able to. :/

Those blast shards are a pain in my buttocks!!

After you complete a certain amount of side missions, there's an ability you can learn on Infamous 2 that even if there's no blast shard in your vicinity, the direction of the closest one will appear on your mini map.

That ability doesn't exist in the first one though.  You'll have to do it the hard way.

I'm replayinig Beyond the Beyond right now.

Shadow Wars is HARD on latter missions on the hardest difficulty!

Well I got a PS3 very recently (4/4/13) after having an Xbox 360 for the past 7 years, I still have it of course ;)
Currently playing through the Uncharted trilogy and really loving it, I'm on number 2 now in chapter 6, playing through them all on hard, was wondering though, is the multi-player of 3 good?
Also are there any must-have games for it? Thanks :)

Just a nice person :)

I bought Bioshock Infinite, Dust: An Elysian Tail and Sleeping Dogs on Steam during the week end.

I'm currently alternating between Bioshock Infinite and Dust: An Elysian Tail. Both are amazing games.

Dust is my type of games, more so than Bioshock Infinite.  As I'm not a huge FPS fan at all. But the first Bioshock was an extremely good one, with its own flair and amazing atmosphere. Infinite doesn't dissappoint here, and so far, I'm enjoying it greatly.

But Dust is really awesome. It's been so long since I've seen a side scroller so visually rich and awesome, and the story so far is really good. Gameplay-wise, I couldn't be happier. The combat system so far is relaly straight forward but also pretty deep.  With combos and abilities getting unlocked the more you progress. It's really amazing how great the game is, when you consider that it was designed and developed by a team of one person. Well, except for the soundtrack (which is really good), voice-acting (which is ok-ish but gets the job done), and some part of the story, he made everything else alone!

Anyways, I recommand it strongly to any side-scrolling game fans.

Yes, it's good. The multiplayer of 2 is also good.

Must have exclusives/games, in my opinion:

God of War 3 + God of War HD Collection 1 and 2 if you haven't played them

Ratchet and Clank: A Crack in Time

Littlebigplanet 2

Gran Turismo 5 (if you like racing games)

Metal Gear Solid 4 + Metal Gear Solid HD Collection

The ICO & Shadow of the Colossus Collection

Heavy Rain

Valkyria Chronicles

And many others

Thanks, might get ICO and SOTC on PS+ and thinking of picking up Heavy Rain after im done with Skyrim :)

I think Sleeping Dogs is the first game ever to make me excited about driving safely. Online challenges will do that to you.

My record is 38 seconds. Trasharmdsister12 has somehow managed 2 minutes 45 seconds. It's insane.

More generally, I've been pleasantly surprised by it. The melee combat is really quite solid, and the story isn't half bad either.

All excellent choices, but you'll never be done with Skyrim

I enjoyed it for a solid 90 hours of gameplay, and that's among the lowest figures among people I know.

Im on 64 hours now, just finished restoring the thieves guild to their former glory, man that took some doing, so many radiant quests!

Having fun analyzing some Super Metroid level design while thinking about whether I should get those 2 Zelda GBC games.

Already bought Mega Man X.

That's definitely one of the stronger storylines, yes. I felt like the College of Winterhold and the Civil War quests were really underdeveloped, though. I mean, with the College, it's basically "do a handful of quests, explore this dwemer ruin, well done on becoming archmage" whereas Oblivion had a long and really entertaining quest series that went through the various mages' guilds to the Arcane University.

I suppose the Arcane University was far more powerful in Cyrodiil than the College in Skyrim, but still.
