Another report said it was up to the publisher, I guess we'll just have to wait until E3 to see. It wouldn't surprise me if they did.

Yeah, he has been right on other stuff. He's definitely legit, but a lot of times he's just passing on things he has heard, not things he knows for a fact to be true. I believe he hears everything he says he's hears, but they're just rumors and could be wrong.
