Forums - Microsoft - Xbox One is great. No negativity allowed.

I agree with 3-9 and those features are awesome.

The design is ok but its too huge for my liking.

I'll wait to see which games they have but I usually enjoy MS exclusives.

I'm not sure if I'll enjoy Halo as a TV series and I'm not sure how well it will do.

And finally, Sony will have the same games from EA and Activision and will also have all those third party games in its launch line up.

I love how you can't lend/borrow games with your friends/family.

Single-handedly the greatest feature about the X1. I've shared and borrowed my whole life and I'm tired of it. Glad they got a solution for this.

I liked it over all, I just had a problem with the used game fee. So other than that I'm still thinking about getting the Xbox 1 but I'm waiting until E3.

I've been meaning to ask people this without a thread so i want to ask you since I've always looked at you being a reasonable guy.  But why is it that you care about this fee?  Shouldn't the money go to the publisher/developer rather than retailers like gamestop getting 100% of the money?  Isn't that kind of jipping the people who made the game?  It has been no secret that ive never supported used games, but the way this works you are still allowed to resell your games.  So what exactly don't you like about it?  Say you buy a game at 60 dollars and beat the game.  You can resell it to a retailer for let's say $30.  You still saved $30.  The only difference is that now the developer/publisher gets money when used games gets bought rather than the retailer taking 100% of the money.  This is a win for people who buy games and like to resell them, retailers, and the developers.

By the way this is a real question.

I don't buy used games that often my only problem is that I use rentals a lot from gamefly. So am I going to have to pay a fee to rent a game? Don't get me wrong I buy plenty of games new but I have limited funds that can't be spent on every game new that I want to play.

Yeah, I liked what I saw and the one is great, just not as great as the PS4.

15 games that weren't found at the announcement of Xbox one! It's like they disappeared...
How about a green Xbox One too? That could look good

By the way supressing negative thoughts is not good for you

The question wasn't for me but why do people always bring in Gamespot. Is that the only place people buy or trade used games. Also you don't buy used but i thought you used the rental service like gamefly. How is that any different.

Still it is not such a big deal to you and me. The whole used game issue. Price drop the fastest on PC and if the market can't sustain it. It would follow the same on consoles.

LMAO!!! the first two post just killed me!!!

I also use gamefly, however they have to pay for licensing.  MSFT already said they have been working with retailers so rental stores may get special copies of games to rent out.  We will have to wait for that though.  I am also interested to see how that goes.

I read the thread title and thought this was a joke thread then I realized the OP thinks he owns VGChartz and can setup forum rules and chuckled a little. Anyways, I suppose one great feature is that it will save me a decent amount of money.
