They already built the console around that feature, it won't change.

I am very skeptical anything is going to change for the better no matter how much outrage people dump on their heads. If the unanimously negative reaction to mere rumors and the Adam Orth situation didn't cause them to rethink it already, Microsoft is going full speed ahead with this nonsense.

I agree complaining is smart. Because I assure you if MS goes through with this Sony will 100% do it as well as 3rd parties will demand it.

It can easily fixed via an update.

They are not going to change its business plans, like I said it was already decided a long time ago, this is not like dualshock rumble or trophy support they already built the Xbox One with those anti consumer policies.

I just use common logic and watch past and present trends in the market, MS is the ONLY console maker charging for online, this used fees always online is right up their alley, it just had to be them the ones to use it first on consoles.

For once, PS fans along with neutral gamers complaining about something they won't buy is actually doing actual Xbox fans a favour :P

Of course it can change, but will it? I can't say it happening tbh! But I don't care, when I eventually buy this thing it will always be connected, have never borrowed a game since the PS1 games and have never bought a game used so none of these policies will affect me.
