Used games blocking is good - gives more revenue to publishers and better games to us.
Mandatory reg of new games - no big deal. It's gonna be a rare case when your internet is down just when you want to install that new game.
Always Kinect on - does it matter at all? Kinect 2 is prob a low-power device.
No BC - who really uses this anyway? Well some might, but those same people can easily game on their current gen machines in addition to their new console.
No gameplay shown - yes, this is worrying because it could be a sign that MS first party is behind schedule and there simply isn't much to show. This could mean a weak E3 and then a weak launch-lineup. A weak launch-lineup would be distaster for Xbox One.
