1 Used games blocking is good - gives more revenue to publishers and better games to us.
2 Mandatory reg of new games - no big deal. It's gonna be a rare case when your internet is down just when you want to install that new game.
3 Always Kinect on - does it matter at all? Kinect 2 is prob a low-power device.
4 No BC - who really uses this anyway? Well some might, but those same people can easily game on their current gen machines in addition to their new console.
No gameplay shown - yes, this is worrying because it could be a sign that MS first party is behind schedule and there simply isn't much to show. This could mean a weak E3 and then a weak launch-lineup. A weak launch-lineup would be distaster for Xbox One.

1 WOW you are actually accepting this crap with open hands and trying to rationalize it
2 Well it does happens like when you move to a new place and now you can't play your new game cause the line hasn't been installed or changed yet.
3 What if something happens to my kinect? So no play for me until I get a new one, why you are accepting this is baffling
4 This is a great feature at the beginning of a gen, but I can agree is not a deal breaker and even less when the PS4 won't have BC neither

Maybe I'm a corporate shill.
