Gold.
Pure comedy gold.

My guess is anything before E3 would be deemed a response to Sony by you. I think the real response to Sony is getting bigger name IPs unveiled at their show. Tech demos don't seem so interesting in comparison. :-p |
See now we're getting off topic. Anyway, Sony isn't my focus. I never had to worry about them when it comes to game development outside of the 2006-2008 period. Don't care about handhelds so the PSP failing doesnt matter to me. This is MS chance to make up for a lot and I know they will take it in the begining of the generation because they know who their early adopters are.

Is that what was announced or what you presumed? |
Presumed for sure and you dont put out such a count down unless you have somthing big to announce. E3 occurs every year and Microsoft never puts out a count down for E3 event. This year is different because next generation is coming out, and such a countdown would be sure related to a big announcment. Common sense to me.

Blah, blah...
MS doesn't need to make up for anything. The 360 had a great run with a bunch of great games.
Even after 2008 I feel the 360 had the better games. But lets not bother bringing personal bias into this.

Oh I cant wait for this, please do....list the exclusives. Not here though on my wall.
Yes, go list the exclusives so he can blow them off and explain why they don't matter/count or aren't as good as his favorites.

If that countdown was intended to be the next Xbox launch, I can't help but think it would have been more hyped.
Now I'm not saying its silly to think that was for the next console launch. But based on what we've seen in the past, I naturally presumed it would be announced before E3. Many of us did.

Conversation is between me and him and I told him to list them on my wall. If he doesn't then it doesnt matter now does it? He told me Microsoft had a great selection of exclusives past 2008 and I told him to prove it.

I was talking to him, thanks.

Thats the point, let it stay between me and him. Theres already been enough sarcasm for one day and in order for points to be made about whichever system gaining redemption changes do need to be made. That was my whole point.
