Even I'm getting hyped . I just hope they didn't moneybag EA because I like me some EA games once in a while...

They easily could afford too and being honest, it would eventually pay off too. I don't think EA would do that though, at least for titles like FIFA. Then again, what they're doing to the WiiU is pretty distasteful. To think.. They're trying to shake the image of the most disliked company atm... Online passes was one thing, they only really replaced it with another thing to dislike them about.

Just imagine the meltdowns if they announce their games won't be coming to PS4 either...

The horror. I can't say the same thing Nintendo fans keep repeating ("EA is shit/EA games are shit"), because I actually like many of their games O.O

I don't think that will happen. Remember the many games this gen that were multi-platform and sold really good on both systems. They would never had sold that much if they were only on one system. I can only imagine timed exclusives. Imagine the meltdo wn after the PS4-ad next Saturday at Wembley and Fifa becomes a timed exclusive for MS ;)

I really hope this show finally stops people from saying that NextBox isn't for core-gamers. MS will most probably do the exact same thing like Sony wants to do.

The competition fans would do what they know best, b*t*h, moan, groan and come up with ridiculous petitions...

Of course I meant PS4-ad! :)

All I do care for now is this event and I am really hyped. No one can destroy this in any way for me :)

Microsoft has more hit titles to work with than anybody in the industry. Bunch of dormant jewels like: Kameo, Conker, Killer Instinct, Viva Pinata,Crimson Skies, Blue Dragon, Lost Odyssey, Crackdown, Banjo Kazooie, Black and White, Perfect Dark, etc... those well done would be instant smash hits. Coupling those with Halo, Gears, Forza, Fable and Alan Wake, they would have so much force and variety pushing their next gen. One can still dream even though I know it's almost impossible. I would go nuts though if that happens.

Idk why Microsoft doesnt utilize all those great ips more often, instead focusing on there select few big sellers. If they did Microsoft 1st party line up would be comparable to Nintendo and Sony and id be alot more interested in there consoles as I usually play exclusive titles.

I don't think they can find a team that can transition the Rare gems to this gen very well like Killer Instinct.

Concerning 1rst party quality I would go farther to say that MS would have more variety and quality than competition if they capitalize on the mentioned titles.

Ya u could make an argument for any of the big 3. Im personally a big Sony/Nintendo fan, I have nothing against Microsoft it just comes down to exclusive content for me. they would make me a big fan tho if they released those titles while maintaining quality.

Sounds like something to look forward to.

I'm going to be working during the reveal (driving), so I'll have to wait to watch the show. But you better believe I'm going be checking the updates while driving and risking my life and the lives of others. Serious business.

I have a question for my sage fellow gamers here.

Do you think Microsoft would bring MS Flight Sim to Xbox if extensive amount of people sign a petition asking for it?
Since AC 6 this gen never seen any good flight sim/arcade.

I don't think I have been this hyped for anything in my life so far, not just for the next xbox but for the next generation as a whole.

I am with you there.  I've mostly been a PC gamer, but I think the last gen was one of the most excieting in a long time.  The Xbox 360 - with wireless controllers!  (Read, can get them cause bunny will not chew them) and other things had the 360 rather excieting.  Then with the Wii, to see if Nintendo could really pull it off.  Then the PS3 to see if it would really blow away the competion.  The Project Natal/Kinect buzz.  What is this new thing going to be like to live with?  Will it work?

Then the PS4 reveal, which was pretty cool.  New idea, fancy hardware, more community integration.

But now, everything seems to be leading up to Teusday!  I hope we get genually blown away.  To think we didn't really have  video streaming when the 360 launched.  Hey, most people didn't even have HD TVs yet!  To see what they are going to do, and where it mght lead is, plenty of excietment.

I am also, just a wee bit neverous too!

Really not sure I see any point of Consol over PC's since Kinect, Wii and other alternative ways to play have been abandoned.

Top 50 'most fun' game list coming soon!

Tell me a funny joke!

Wow, tonnes of exclusives sounds amazing! Can't wait to see what they will be, and I'm most looking forward to Rare's new game.

As much as I appreciate 3rd party exclusives, I really hope that MS will announce a lot of new first party IPs as well. Even if it's true that they are a bit behind on that content, just some confirmation that they are hard at work on some original material would be much appreciated.

Now if only I could fast forward to Tuesday.....
