I exercice 3 to 4 times a week, I do weigh lifting. I also used to play tennis.
I'm somehow skinnier than the average 60kg for a 19 years old, but i'm from Africa so YAAY !



I try going to the gym 3times a week, but I usualy only go twice. When I'm the gym, I do around 1hour sessions. I altern between biceps/shoulders day, leg day and pecs/back day. With all session ending with two abs exercise.

I also try walking out my dog atleast once a week, when I do it's a 45 min walk.

I also teach Karate classes 2hours twice a week. I'm not the one who is doing most of the exercise since I'm teaching/observing others but after 2hours I'm still tired since I do some.

I do pushups and lift a couple sets a couple times a week. Other than that, I push carts like 20 hours a week at Sams, which probably equates to about 10-20 miles walked as well as really working my upper body strength (yes, people, if you would go move around carts...not just 1 at a time...for a whole day, you would very likely be sore as hell if you actually work hard).

Regardless, I'm 6'2" and in September weighed about 220 lbs. After eating less, exercising a lot more, doing the occasional lifting, etc, I'm down to 180 lbs. (since February...it came off real fast).



Money can't buy happiness. Just video games, which make me happy.

I don't exercise,to much effort and time taken away from video games. lol

My school helps because It's a sportschool.



I also play football twice a week
And i use the bike for daily things, i live in a semi rural area
