I try going to the gym 3times a week, but I usualy only go twice. When I'm the gym, I do around 1hour sessions. I altern between biceps/shoulders day, leg day and pecs/back day. With all session ending with two abs exercise.
I also try walking out my dog atleast once a week, when I do it's a 45 min walk.
I also teach Karate classes 2hours twice a week. I'm not the one who is doing most of the exercise since I'm teaching/observing others but after 2hours I'm still tired since I do some.
