I do pushups and lift a couple sets a couple times a week. Other than that, I push carts like 20 hours a week at Sams, which probably equates to about 10-20 miles walked as well as really working my upper body strength (yes, people, if you would go move around carts...not just 1 at a time...for a whole day, you would very likely be sore as hell if you actually work hard).
Regardless, I'm 6'2" and in September weighed about 220 lbs. After eating less, exercising a lot more, doing the occasional lifting, etc, I'm down to 180 lbs. (since February...it came off real fast).
Money can't buy happiness. Just video games, which make me happy.
