But will it sell more FW? I think it can. Is it bundled in Japan?

Neither  of them are bundled  in Japan from what I found. The only PS4 bundles that I know about are the Yakuza, Knack and Metal Gear Solid V bundles.

I for one would be interested to see how a Vita version of the Yakuza HD collection would do, though I doubt it would match the PS3 collection it should easily beat the WiiU version (but then that should be a given seeing as the Vita install base is 1m bigger than the WiiU one) ;)
