The pre-order ranking on Yokai Watch 4 on Amazon.jp has been far worse than than Fire Emblem 3 Houses' initial rankings, so YW4 likely has far less pre-order numbers than FE. Since FE has not yet appeared on this chart I doubt that YW4 will be on the chart (tomorrow, which is now today, and obviously YW4 is not on today's chart).

Great day for movement for both Sekiro and DB Heroes. Looks like DB is trying to take down SAO for the top spot once Sekiro is off the list.
