Smash Ultimate will destroy Splatoon 2 opening, the userbase was just too small at the time.

I guess it is a question of how much they want to re-work the mechanics. You still have the touch screen for Switch, but obviously only one screen and no stylus. PS4 essentially has none of that. Going multiplat would eliminate everything that made Etrian Odyssey unique.

We're not going to have touch in tv mode either though so they have to do some re-work either way.. Curious to see what's going down either way.
