Charts prove that people want switch only. Nobody cares about pre orders lol

Whole chart slowing down isn't good for future Switch games though.

Well considering the only Switch game which is opened for pre-order in Japan is at the top of the charts (even though it's an enhanced remaster of an existing game) shows that anything 'Switch' looks to have a good future.

On an unrelated note, Mario Kart 8 Deluxe is looking to be on it's way to outsell the original's 8+ million. Pre-orders are ahead of the originals in the same number of days from release. This hopefully showing that 3DS owners are looking to be moving to the Switch, which is what Nintendo wants considering it's success there. If Mario Kart 8 Deluxe manges to achieve a 50%+ attach rate like the originals it might be able to get the sales that game truly deserved.

Well 0 pts for any Switch game in a day obviously isn't ideal.

They have to resolve stock issues to reach that anywhere close to that though. Currently Switch is trackig behind both WiiU and 3DS with aligned launches (in japan), let alone the two combined. I don't think that's due to lack of interest, but Nintendo needs to ship more units regardless.

Also those 8+ million are WW, Mario Kart 8 deluxe looks promising so far on COMG but that's not neccissarily an indicator for rest of the world.

The charts are very boring these past few days :/
