Will Smash will sell much in Japan ? this very tense

This is probably unlikely but I hope PS4 versions of Call of Duty and Winning Eleven make it to the list before release... 9 days to go!

Youkai Watch 2.5 is killing it, and I love it. It seems like an interesting franchise and I hope it does well when it makes it to the West.

If I see a random spike in data, then I expect there's some reason or that it's an outlier. A lot of people don't understand how to analyze data, let alone something like COMG. If you want to ignore the fact that it was very healthy day and that a couple of games did suprisingly well, go for it. Regardless, it's more enjoyable to see people overreact.

See whatever you want to see. Smash has not consistently been one of the top 3 point earners in the chart. If we can simply nod our heads and say yes, of course Smash had a good day, it was a holiday, nothing to be surprised or pleased about here -- then we should also be shaking our heads and saying Omega Ruby had a terrible day. It didn't even get as many points as Smash. Maybe everything in the chart except Pokemon and Yokai had a terrible day, since many of those other games have been putting up similar numbers to Smash daily.

I don't see how I'm the one ignoring a game doing surprisingly well when you're the one saying people are overreacting for responding positively to one of the top point earners of the day, which up till now has typically been in the lower-mid range. Such as today, when 6 games out-performed it and 3 games tied with it.

Clearly this is your mantra, since you're didn't seem to bother to read what I said at all. I said that he should have just let people overreact. The tense used in my post indicates a future response versus a reference to something that has already happened. Please do keep up the good fight and assume more about me!

Youkai about to surpass all versions of Pokemon, this truly is something else.
Dengeki Bunko seems to be doing quite well for an uber niche fighting game, wonder how much it will end up seliing.

Youkai Watch won't beat Pokémon combined I think though. And lifetime will be no match. The game's doing good and it's fun to see a single SKU getting so many points day after day, for sure.
