Wonderful 101 releases August 24th in Japan. It should track at least 2 weeks before launch. So Wii U will have a game on in latest 3 weeks.....

EDIT: Wait, no LEGO City Undercover released July 25th, so it might track in a week........

Pikmin 3 may have opened up to about 160k.

I could be reading this wrong, but "Pikmin 3, that came out nine years after Pikmin 2, is having a really good start. Sales at Tsutaya are comparable to the release of Super Mario Bros U and have driven greater sales of Wii U units."

Does this mean Pikmin 3 sold about 160k? I assume "driven greater sales of Wii U units" just compared week on week, not Pikmin 3 week to NSMBU week in November.

Miku 2 (3DS) and Gods Eater 2 (PSP/Vita) both coming out in November. Wonder if we'll see both of them show up pretty sharpish (they're both very COMG-friendly games).

I'm certainly doubtful that Mind=0 is going to show up at all. Neptunia might; and if Amazon is anything to go by, Danganronpa will. But I'm at a loss which of them will show up next for Vita.

Pikmin 3 also released on a Saturday so..... 2 days of sales.

Final Fantasy 14, Final Fantasy 15, Kingdom Hearts 3, and Metal Gear Solid 5. Only things that will get much love so far (although FF14 is unlikely to do all that well).

That said, there's two more press conferences for Sony to announce more products. We also haven't seen the new Resident Evil that we know Capcom is making for PS4 and One.

Final Fantasy 14 and Metal Gear Solid are both also on PS3 so I dont expect much from the PS4 versions and Final Fantasy 15 and Kingdom Hearts 3 are still years away and after Vs XII fiasco I doubt comgnet is eager to open the preorders before a release date

Pretty sure the new MGS they showed at E3 with the open world wasn't for current gen consoles, but I could be wrong.

You can't let one retailer make the basis for your prediction. For the same reasons you can't trust only COMG, you can't trust only Tsutaya. While this mean there's likely more interest than expected, I highly doubt 170k FW.
