Your first mistake was assuming VGChartz pre-orders are accurate.  They are not.  Especially for Japanese games.

 

OT: Excellent, only a few months too late but better than never :P

I wonder if Senran Kagura is finally going to start moving now it's in the home straight.

I don't doubt it, but COMG has no rhyme or reason for what ranks where for ties. There are likely 5 other games that also have 12 preorders.
