i loved the first infamous game, i hated with a passion the 2nd game thought it was a complete piece of crap. i will give this game a chance to make me like the series once again though.
i pre-ordered a ps4 because of the new killzone game, after liking killzone 2 alot and loving killzone 3, i have very high hopes for the new one.

You are not alone. I found the game boring and repitive as well.

I meant to quote you and reply that playing more than four hours won't change whether it's boring or not to the person who thinks it's boring, and then add in "bananaking" before the you should play the second one portion.  Edited it and added a little bit more on that first paragraph.

I played and finished it though, actually platinumed it as well, but everything in the game was just really average because of Cole's slow speed, poor melee, repetitive skills, and reskinned enemies.  Second game fixed all the issues and made the game go from a bit boring to amazing.

I wasn't a fan of 2, but I liked 1 enough to give this a go. Police state theme sounds interesting.
