Well let's see, but I wouldn't get too excited. I strongly doubt that they would announce GT6 before E3, same goes for Naughty Dog's PS4 game

I would expect another smaller PS4 game, though I am not sure what. Or maybe just some new coverage of some of the games we have already seen, most likely Drive Club

I can't see them announcing anything too big on the blog.

Something about the scale of Jak & Daxter or Epic Mickey being ported to Vita I guess.

If it ends up being true that GT6 is a PS3 game....does anyone else think that this is a HORRIBLE business decision on Sony's part? I mean GT is their biggest franchise, and a huge console seller, releasing it on PS4 only would be a great boost for the platform. Putting it on PS3 seems counterproductive to me.

What is the point of these announcements just a month before E3. Do they really have so much to show there? I guess would make sense if they are PS3 games. As than they could focus E3 on PS4 and Vita.

Hopefully they have a mini-Vita event this month. I want all eyes on PS4 at E3.

It takes a bit more then a vague allusion to something intriguing to stoke the fires of interest. This sounds like a all to typical place holder commentary. For we have absolutely nothing to really talk about, but stay tuned were bound to say something. That said the commentary about the GT series in this thread is actually worth talking about. I for one think too many on these forums put too much stock in the GT series.

It might sell well, but is it really a system seller anymore. There was a argument to be made at the start of the past generation, but that argument doesn't hold much weight anymore. Microsoft has done a outstanding job of nullifying that genre advantage with Turn 10, and their Forza series. Tactically speaking Microsoft probably has the edge now, because their studio is obviously far more efficient.

Their product isn't just comparable it arrives on a more consistent basis, and that means purely as a matter of deductive reasoning that their product is going to evolve faster. This is actually the best argument for the next GT game to be on the PS4 rather then the PS3, because while it probably isn't a system seller anymore. It is something that still fills a role in the lineup. While its being there might not sell the console its absence would be noted, and checked off as a decided negative. Seeing as Microsoft's next console will probably launch with a Forza.

Sony can't really afford to wait three or four years to get a GT onto the PS4. Doing that is like giving Microsoft a free boost.

Yeah Vita too since anything other than PS4 during E3 will just feel like an afterthought.  Seriously they could drop Vita memory cards by half and price drop to $170 and I would just be like "yeah whatever how does plus work on PS4 and what's ND doing for it?"

I would've made them wait till holiday 2014 (extra time can't hurt) to give Driveclub time to flourish.
