Games can and should tell stories and share ideas through their mechanics. This is the intrinsic element of the medium and this is how experiences should be crafted in video games. No company does this as well as Nintendo and their echoes from the past.

Neo Geo was epic, by today's standards it would be able to run Killzone Shadowfall at 1080p/60fps/3D.
Sega of course.
I do have a slight affection for Magnavox though, because I have the Odyssey 2. Also, gotta credit them with inventing the home console for us .
SEGA dominated the poll indeed, but that's not really surprising.
My heart says Coleco as the Colecovision has my console as a kid and I have many fond memories.
More realistically though, definately Apple. (Pippin was their last one)
